| I've been such a music videos junky when i'm on my computer...here's another favorite song..i recommend everyone see this music video.
Who Knew by Pink
You took my hand You showed me how You promised me you'd be around ah huh that's right
I took your words And I believed In everything you said to me yeah huh that's right
CHORUS 1 If someone said three years from now You'd be long gone I'd stand up and punch them out Cause they're all wrong I know better Cause you said forever And ever Who knew
Remember when we were such fools And so convinced and just too cool oh no no no
I wish I could touch you again I wish I could still call you a friend I'd give anything
CHORUS 2 When someone said count your blessings now 'Fore they're long gone I guess I just didn't know how I was all wrong But they knew better Still you said forever And ever Who Knew
Yeah yeah
I'll keep you locked in my head Until we meet again Until we until we meet again And I won't forget you my friend What happened
CHORUS 3 If someone said three years from now You'd be long gone I'd stand up and punch them out Cause they're all wrong and That last kiss I'll cherish Until we meet again And time makes it harder I wish I could remember But I keep your memory You visit me in my sleep My darlin' who knew
My darlin' my darlin' who knew My darlin' I miss you My darlin' who knew
Who knew

| so my weekend home was pleasant..as usual i managed to do a lot in a wknd..i went to my sister's hs graduation, had a bonfire, dropped by thanh p's bday, hung out w/ evelyn late a night, played 2 texas hold 'em games w/ my sister, went shopping and church at 6:30am...even though i managed to do everything i wasn't happy w/ my trip overall..i specifically went home for one person and this person failed me in all aspects..i'm frustrated and upset and as much as i want to be apathetic I still care for this person..

Westminster HS graduation: Me, Mom and Thanh

Binging on crawfish and seafood for 2hrs. After eating at Todai, I experienced food coma for the first time in years.

oh I tried raw fish for the first time at my sister's graduation dinner..i can handle raw fish as long as I don't smell anything fishy.

My brother Vu didn't want to take a picture with me. :(

| there are those typical college students that work and participate in experiments (ex. psychology, contact lens studies or business studies) to make money; however, there are those that participate in "invasive" methods of making money..i'm not talking about donating sperms or eggs, but bone marrow and white blood cells and platelets...let me elaborate on the last 2 methods..a friend of mine told me he donated 200cc of bone marrow at alta bates for research and they paid him $250.....the requirements are you have to be 140lbs and you can donate once every 6 mos..also, the price of donating 1 pint of white blood cells and platelets aka apheresis is $750..this process takes 8hrs because it requires sucking out whole blood, separating WBC and plateletes and reintroduce red blood cells into the body..w/ these two processes, you can make $1000, good enough to buy a labtop or pay off your loans..the money is very lucrative, but i wonder if there are unknown..it might seems like a good thing b/c afterall you're donating for research, but i'm skeptical about donating bone marrow and aphresis for an extended period..even if you recover from from the pain the next day, how is your body going to adjust to it? you're just adding more stress to your body by making it replenish what's missing... | | |
